Members Dining Room
Chandeliers, mahogany and artwork throughout. This is the room that has held the Club’s biggest nights for over a century, and it still rises to the occasion.

Our most contemporary space. Clean lines, room to move and the scale for a conference, a launch or a long table of 150, with the Club’s service behind it.
Cellar Dining Room & Bar
Dining underground, surrounded by the collection. Guests tend to arrive curious and leave talking about it.
Catering
Every menu is built for the room it is served in. Our Kitchen Brigade works to the occasion rather than a fixed list, so a working breakfast for 28 in the Oak Room and a cocktail function for 200 in the Edinburgh Room are planned as two different jobs, because they are.
Our cellar sits underneath your catering menu – boasting a three consecutive Australian Wine List of the Year award.
Wine pairing is available as part of package or an optional item to provide your guests an affordable option without. Dietary requirements and beverage packages are set with your Functions Team when you confirm the room.
